iPhone Hate?
I recently stumbled upon this article:

Sure there are improvements that could be made to the iPhone, but really… does the author think that we don’t know what the MS stands for in MSNBC?

Searching for some iPhone information in the GMail help section today, I found instructions for setting up the iPhone to use IMAP with GMail.
The instructions detailed that you need to go to ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’ to set up your account to use this new feature.
I logged in to try to use this but noticed that I only saw the original settings menu ‘Forwarding and POP’ so sent Google a help email (as i’d love to use this feature ASAP).
A couple of hours later, the pages and references to them were gone and I had nothing back from Google in regards to my question.
Luckily I had a tab open with the iPhone information on there which I saved to a PDF.
So – big news – GMail will have IMAP support imminently!
